Servers will be restarted resulting a brief outage of a few seconds across a 4 hour window to facilitate stability updates on our host servers.

Finish: Feb 25 2023 0400hrs

Please be aware of some upcoming scheduled maintenance windows.

Our data center Operations Team need to perform some routine maintenance between:

00:00 and 02:00 on February the 20th, and

00:00 and 04:00 on February the 22st

Some customers may experience a brief outage during these maintenance windows.

This advise does not affect ServiceDe.sk or Adobe Connect customers.

Our upstream provider has informed us that they will be performing a network upgrade on January 26, 2023 at 03:00 - 07:00am (AEDT)

Their engineers make every effort to minimize system impact; however, network reachability to Sydney instances may be affected for some of the scheduled maintenance window as we perform this work. While it’s important to be aware of the start and end times of the maintenance window, due to our redundant network architecture, we expect that you may see little to no impact at all while the work is being performed.
